As a Senior Consultant – Executive Search & Selection your focus will be to:
Generate leads and convert into opportunities for sales

Identify and qualify target clients that align with our business growth strategy, attending client visits and preparing written proposals.

Deliver a senior level retained recruitment provision, managing client and candidate expectations throughout and providing solutions to recruitment challenges.

Identify and approach high quality passive candidates

Work to agreed KPIs and revenue targets

This is challenging and rewarding role with real growth potential for the right individual based on success and delivery.

Your Profile:
Demonstrable track record providing a high value recruitment service, ideally through a retained solution

Expertise in sourcing and building relationships with “passive” candidates

Strong relationship building and negotiation skills, proven ability to drive pipeline revenue

Competitive drive and determination to succeed against your KPI's and performance targets
